Hi, I Was Hit In Face, The Left Side Is

Hi, I was hit in face, the left side is swollen. After radiography and OPG, diagnosed no fractures or deformation, but I feel something hard on the swollen area. Is that muscle (masseter) disorder? The right lower jaw has got chewing disorder as well and it makes sound and pain when I want to eat.. pls help me.
