Hi I Was Hit In The Eye A Month Or

Hi I was hit in the eye a month or so ago and some of my eyelashes fell out and they have since not grown back in and I am starting to worry that they never will again. I have always had really nice long thick looking eyelashes should I be concerned is there anything I can do to help my eyelashes return and grow back in like they once were?
