Hi, I Was Hit In The Throat Today By Somebody's

Hi,

I was hit in the throat today by somebody's elbow. My voice is very hoarse and I'm finding it difficult to swallow. I have no bleeding and breathing is fine.
This happened a couple of hours ago.

Is this worthy of a a&e trip or just a standard trip to the doctors tomorrow morning?
