Hi I Was Holding My Son And I Felt Something

Hi I was holding my son and I felt something on his left rib cage . i lifted his shirt and his left rib cage kinda at the bottom looks like a big lump or if it was bolding out . this is the first time I've seen it he says it doesn't hurt . I'm worried should I take him to the er or wait to go to his Dr on Monday
