Hi I Was In A Car Accident 12 Days Ago.

Hi I was in a car accident 12 days ago. Sustained mild head trauma & whiplash. Did not vomit after accident but thought I was going to for about 30 minutes. Had nausea for 2 days but remained mostly horizontal, darker rooms, no reading, screen time etc for the first 48 hours. Head trauma symptoms mostly gone although bending over still not comfortable. I'm fond of a glass or 2 of wine in the evening - when can I safely resume this habit?
