Hi I Was In A Car Accident In February. I

Hi I was in a car accident in February. I ruptured a disc and have a slipped disc in my neck. This past week, my neck has been hurting and it has been sending pain, up the left side of my neck into the front of my head (also the left side). Can you tell me how to stop the pain? Another explanation is I have mold in my office at work and that may be causing headaches d/t I'm allergic to mold.
