Hi I Was In A Moped Accident A Month Ago.

Hi I was in a moped accident a month ago. I hit pretty hard. No broken bones but staples in head and road rash bad on right side. Well my right arm hurts bad. I can't sleep. I can't put hair up. Front shoulder hurts then one day my bicep started hurting bad. I can't push things,I can't pick up things over my head,I can't do certain things. I'm in a lot of pain.
