Hi I Was In An Acedent Where I Fell On

Hi I was in an acedent where I fell on a small constrution sign and it fell back on my face and gave me a small cut just below my right eyebrow.

I went to the hospital and they gave me a tetnis shot and glued over the cut. This was on Thursday around 11 pm.

I was told not to get my face wet for two days, but I'm not sure of anything els I need to do. There is a good amount of swelling, tho I can still see ok out of my right eye.

I'm curiouse if you have any recommendations on how to further take care of the cut and swelling?
