Hi I Was In An Car Accident This Afternoon At

Hi I was in an car accident this afternoon at 3:30pm. I did seek medical treatment, was told I have whiplash. I was hit on my drivers side door by an car going 35-40 mph. My question is, its now 10:15pm and I'm very very tired with a severe headache. Should I go back to the hospital.
