Hi I Was In Hospital On Thurday For A Vaginal

Hi I was in hospital on Thurday for a vaginal bleed because i am pregnant i rushed myself to hospital i bles out quite bad in a&e room. I was in servere pain i was give codeine paracetomal, and morphine. I had an internal which confirmed my cervix was still closed. I have never felt pain like it it has spreaded from my lowet abdomen to my back and down both legs I cant sit on my bottom as it is too painful. I had a scan which shows baby is the correct size for 8 weeks but there is no heartbeat the genstational sac is still in tac and the baby is in the correct place but just servere bleeding and pain. Im at time now wanting to try and pass it by myself. Can you help ive never knew a misscarriage to be like this?
