Hi! I Was In The ER Just About A Week

Hi! I was in the ER Just about a week ago, I went in for severe lower abdominal pain & ended up having ct scans & ultra sounds that show two large ovarian cysts; the ct scan says "prominent bilateral ovarian cysts. largest on the left 5.9 Cm complex appearance 15 hounsfield units average density. Right cysts with similar features 3.2 cm. uterus normal. Hemorrhage within cul-de-sac mild to moderate amount. Small to moderate amount of high density free fluid within the dependent pelvis/cul-de-sac" ... This all happened at a point where I don't have insurance so I have pending medi-cal with that I can't have surgery or be seen yet, I'm having to wait and I'm so nervous. My biggest questions are:
1. Is this something time sensitive and immensely urgent? Needing surgery?
2. Is this endometriosis? (I have had unprotected sex for a year without becoming pregnant)
3. I suspect I have PCOS due to other symptoms (excess hair, acne that developed late, weight gain in recent years) could this be contributed?
4. Will not treating this immediately make me infertile or cause the cysts to enlarge?
5. What should I do, any available treatments?

Thank you for listening, I'm so worried and currently managing pain through Percocet's. Just want answers and information, which apparently without insurance I can't be given.

Warmest regards,
Autumn Valencia
