Hi, I Was In The ER Two Weeks Ago With

Hi, I was in the ER two weeks ago with pain in upper abdomen and lower abdomen.. with some nausea with some very watery loose stools.. they did a xray and thought I had a blockage but after giving me a cocktail and contrast and doing a ct scan, there was nothing to show a blockage.. However I have had only 4 regular bowel movements and now im severly constilpated and even after taking a laxative I still cant go. When I do have a bowel movement, its pea green in color.. what would cause this?
