Hi, I Was Injected A HCG Injection On 23 May,

Hi, I was injected a HCG injection on 23 May, 1 PM ( Fillicale size on the day : 18x18 mm) after that we had a scan on 25 May, 8:30 AM but follicle was not ruptured and scan report said that Size was increased (27x28 mm) and cystic area with internal echoes and separation was observed. So i just want to know that is it happen in normal cases and do I have chances for pregnancy?
