Hi, I was just after some information on how, and if I’d be eligible to apply for stress and grievance leave from my work place, as I had recently had a month off from a white tail spider bite that happen while being up at the work site (fifo worker) and I’ve just comeback and I have already found two white tail spiders in my room and I’m very paranoid and I’m not sleeping well
Also would getting bitten by a spider up on the work site be classed as a work place injury? As I had to go have surgery done and I didn’t get any pay and I am full time
