Hi. I Was Just Out On Clindamyacin 150mg 2 Tablets

Hi. I was just out on Clindamyacin 150mg 2 tablets a day 4 times a day. My legs swelled up on friday night. I took a 600mg ibuprofen and the swelling went away. Then yesterday afternoon the right side of my face began to swell up into my eye and eventually this morning downwards to my neck. I went to the ER today again and they put me on predisone to help with what is believed to be an allergic reaction to the Clindamyacin and the swelling has gone down 50% already. I am just curious if this is going to affect me whatsoever because i believed i did have a tooth infection. I dont want to somehow make the infection worse if it is there by taking the predisone.
