Hi I Was Just Wondering. My Son Fell Down A

Hi I was just wondering. My son fell down a flight of stairs. Had a bloody nose that lasted about five minutes. No other injuries. His cheek has a little bruise. But that's it. He seems to be acting fine now. Running around playing eating. Should I take him to the doctors?
