Hi I Was Just Wondering If I Should Be Concerned

Hi I was just wondering if I should be concerned about the consistency of my urine, it is almost like honey with a significant amount of mucous, it is still a staw colour and there is no odour. There is no pain but find it quiet difficult to pass given how thick it is.
