Hi I Was Just Wondering If Maybe I Had Tried

Hi I was just wondering if maybe I had tried a little too soon. So here is a little background, I was pregnant and then at our 20 week ultrasound I was told there was no heartbeat and baby only measured 16 weeks and 6 days so I had a missed miscarriage, we have no idea why it happened. I did have an D&E at the end of August. October I was told that we could start trying again and found out a month later I was pregnant which resulted in a ectopic pregnancy and lost my right tube. Does this mean I will never be able to have a successful pregnancy? I have had 2 successful pregnancies and 2 healthy children.
