Hi I Was Just Wondering If There Is A Flu

Hi I was just wondering if there is a flu bug going around cause the other day my girlfriend came by to see me and i didn't know that she was sick so she past it to me. Any ways i have got this all the symtoms of the flu but the only thing that is left is the pain in my stomach and i have the shakes is that nornmal.
