Hi, I Was Just Wondering What My Condition Is Called.

Hi, I was just wondering what my condition is called. I have a permanently blocked sinus, and I've had it all my life. It shows up as blocked in x-rays, and I'm going to get surgery next week to fix it. I also have a deviated septum, which the doctor said could be the cause, or symptom of my blocked sinus. I was just curious as to if there was a name for this condition.
