Hi, I Was Late. I'm Now On My Period But

Hi, I was late. I'm now on my period but it only comes out when I push it out and it's very thick and that's not normal. I also have a pain on my lower left abdomen. It's a sharp pain an has come and gone for months now. What could this be? Could it be cancer? I'm only 15 and really worried please help me.
