Hi, I was lightly nibbled and licked on the face by a dog that lives at a hostel At which I'm staying in Rwanda, yesterday, I didn't think he broke the skin but this evening I've noticed a slight break in the skin where he bit me, should I get the vaccine and is it too late to get the vaccine as the bite may have occoured over 24 hours ago?
