Hi, I was long boarding this afternoon, and when I came to a slow I suddenly fell of my board and took a blow to my back, or at least I thought it was. The air was blown out of me and it took me maybe 30 or so seconds to catch by breath. At this time I was laying on grass and my adrenaline was pumping. Once I regained by breath I started long boarding again. Just a few minutes (maybe 4 or 5) after, my wrist started to have a great deal of paint. I assume the adrenaline wore off and this is when I just realized that my hands were scraped. The wrist was really starting to hurt and I made my way back home. When I got home I could see that there was a lump on top of my wrist. I put ice on it for about 30 mins and then put an old splint on I had. I had this splint because about 4 years ago I fractured this same wrist. It has been about 6 or so hours since this happened and I still have bad pain and the bump is still there. I do have functionality of all my fingers, but a lot of pain when moving the wrist.
