Hi I Was On Clomefine Tablets And Later On On

I was on clomefine tablets and later on on HMG shots for ovulation on day 16 I had 3 follicles of 20mm on left and 6 follicles of 18mm on rt.The same day at night I was given HCG injection on day 18th I has undergone IUI. yesterday was day 12 post iui,my urine pregnancy test was negative. I do not have any of symptoms till date I am on progesterone. Does this indicate that there are less chances of pregnanacy?
