Hi I Was On The Contraceptive Injection For 3 Months,

Hi I was on the contraceptive injection for 3 months, I had no bleeding or any side affects during it. The nurse told me the injection will finish on the 13th of December this month but I've not bled and it's been more than a week, do I need to be concerned?
