Hi, I Was On The Depo Provera Shot For Almost

Hi, I was on the depo provera shot for almost a year. Stopped it back on Jan 1st. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant. I have not had a period, but I am having this brown mucus like discharge. Could this been an early sign of conception? or is this not possible since my periods have not yet returned?
