Hi I Was Physically Sick About 15 Minutes Ago, I

Hi I was physically sick about 15 minutes ago, I have drink water and sipped on tea since, however I can feel a lump in the back of my throat and what feels like a lump of sick stuck there. Every time I swallow it tastes like acid and it's disgusting. Is there any way to get rid of it?
