Hi I Was Poked In The Eye (hard), By A

Hi I was poked in the eye (hard), by a toddler directly after school (dirty fingers).
It seemed fine, but I woke in the middle of the night several times with eye discharge (clear)..
White of eye red now and sore all the time, occasionally feels stabbing pain. Visine burns terribly.
Keep rinsing with water, very sore. Any OTC eye drop recommendation? No health insurance.
