Hi I Was Practicing And Then I Got Hit In

Hi I was practicing and then I got hit in the throat really hard, it hurt so much, I couldn't talk that well. I went to see a trainer and she told me I bruised my trachea and it hurts every time I swallow and move my neck. Should I see a doctor? What is wrong with me?
