Hi I Was Prescribed Amoxcillin, I Took The Full Course

Hi I was prescribed amoxcillin, I took the full course but had really bad diarhoea, after finishing the course, I had sex 2 days after, I have since developed a secondary infection and been prescribed doxcycycline, am I at risk of lessening the nexplanon implant from working.
