Hi I Was Punching A 70lb Punching Bag For The

Hi I was punching a 70lb punching bag for the first time. After 3 minutes of punching I took the gloves off and my right hand looks blue like a vessel popped? It's not on the top of my hand but on the inside palm area, however it's between my thumb and index finger area. Also that hand is shaking uncontrollably but my left hand is not. Is this something serious that I need to be seen right away for? Or can I just ice it for now and go in to be seen if it doesn't get better. Thanks
