Hi I Was Recently On Antibiotics To Cure Me From

Hi
I was recently on antibiotics to cure me from fever and loose motions . Now I need to take this antibiotic called minoz od to cure my acne . Is there a time gap that I need so that I can start antibiotics again?
And also I had used minoz od last year and it cleared up my skin however after some months my acne came back do you recommend taking minoz od again?
