Hi I Was Said To Have A Fatty Liver From

Hi I was said to have a fatty liver from drinking, I am 23 and have drank a lot for about 5 years and even when they told me I had fatty liver I kept drinking, I have always had pain there after I drink but I have stopped drinking a week ago and the pain isn't just on my right side now it feels like it has moved all over my body and my stool is getting grey kinda darkish color mixed with regular looking brown what is wrong with me ?
