Hi, I Was Sneezing Yesterday. Got An Allergic Attack. Last

Hi, I was sneezing yesterday. Got an allergic attack. Last night before sleeping I tool half tablet of Wikoryl to avoid getting cold. Today morning, I am a little better but I fear I might get the cold. I carry 3 medicines with me, Wikoryl, Allercet and Allercet L. I get a very bad cold because of my sinus issues so I try my best suppressing it in the first place. What should I do now
