Hi. I Was Spray Painting In A Garage With The

Hi. I was spray painting in a garage with the door open. But I noticed a lot of fumes and did hold my breath while I was spraying (did not wear a mask). I am now noticing my throat feels sticky and chest feels abit tight. I got nervous and panicked a bit which I think made my symptoms worse. Can inhaling paint fumes cause a throat to swell closed?
