Hi! I Was Spray Painting Outside And Thought I Had

Hi! I was spray painting outside and thought I had enough ventilation, but when I came inside I saw that there was spray paint in my nose so I must have been breathing the fumes. I don't have a headache or any symptoms at all, but I'm worried about the long term effects. Is there anything I can do to get the spray paint out of my lungs?
Thanks.
