Hi, I Was Sterilized 12 Years Ago And I Had

Hi, I was sterilized 12 years ago and I had no period pains or ewcm to the point of feeling that I have wet myself, last dec I felt AF with avengance missed Jan due to stress and feb it's like I had wet myself and now have spent 2 Day's in bed feeling like a freight train has hit me, what is going on? Think I need to see a DR?
