Hi I Was Stung Between My Toes By A Wasp

Hi I was stung between my toes by a wasp yesterday. I was out at the time and all I could do was take an antihistamine. When I got home I seen the stinger was still in my toe I removed this with tweezers but don't know if I got he whole thing. The swelling has reduced but om experiencing alot of pain. I can't move my toe and it hurts alot when I try to walk. Also I am experiencing pins and needles and sharp pains. Can u advise?
