Hi,

I was suffering from vitamin d deficiency..14 ng/mL.My doctor adivised me to take arachitol 6 lac IU alternately for 6 days and then d3 medicine 60k once in a week for a month..now my vitamin d level has gone up to 145 ng/ml..my calcium and KFT is normal..Can you please advise what to do?
