Hi I Was Supposed To Get My Period On Monday

Hi I was supposed to get my period on Monday but instead it came early (a week early) and lasted 5 days. When Monday came I had some dark red bleeding. I still have cramps and nausea. I took a pregnancy test but its negative. Does anyone have an idea of what's going on
