Hi I Was Taking Clonazapam For 2 Years 6 Mg/day.

Hi I was taking Clonazapam for 2 years 6 mg/day. My psychiatrist switched me to Valium without a cross over. He started me at 50 mg/day. And introduce a taper of 45% in 5 weeks. I became very ill. He upped the meds to 80 mg. and maintained a four week time period before a cut. At 80 mg I quickly developed tolerance, and was stoned. I think that must be why I started taking 120 mg. /day Valium. Quickly entered a detox clinic and reduced from 120 mg to 60 mg. Am now on a slow detox. 2.5 every four weeks.
MY QUESTION: Because there was my Clonazapam to Valium cross over ( I heard it's supposed to be 15 %, will I suffer repercussions even after I finish Valium taper, which will be in about 2 years?
