I was taking a nap just now, during which I had a 'wet dream'. My first reaction as I woke up about to ejaculate, was to pinch my penis to avoid the mess- however, now, an hour or so later, there is a red bump that is tender to the touch, just behind the underside of my scrotal area, and to the right. I fear I may have ruptured something. Is that possible?
