Hi! I Was Taking Care Of My Two Grandchildren (

Hi! I was taking care of my two grandchildren ( 3 and 2 years)yesterday and went with their double buggy on a escalator and fell. Nno one really injured ( bruises on leg of older one, bump on head of younger one, bruises and chafing all down one leg of mine). It was very dramatic though as I tried to hold on to the buggy but lost my balance, the buggy tipped over and down and I summersaukted over the top of it and landed on the stairs lower than the buggy. Even after sleeping quite well I still feel shaken up. What can I do that's simple to get over the shock of the fall - drink much fluids, just rest and wait?
