Hi I Was Told That There Is Cystic Mass Of

Hi I was told that there is cystic mass of 2.3 × 1.8 cm size in left epedidymis with thin wall and no sold component. Conclusion geven left epedidymal cyst.

Does this affect my chance of me beeing a father?

Will I be infertilitl ?

I have no pain but should I still need to remove this by surgery?

Is surgery is the only options?

How quickly is growth ?
Is there any medication I can take to cleaner or remove or stop the growth?
