Hi. I Was Treated For The First Time UTI About

Hi. I was treated for the first time UTI about a moth or so ago. I ended up having to take Cipro for a 5 day period because nothing else would make the infection go away. I am still stumped as to how I obtained the UTI in the first place, as I am not sexually active and I wipe properly after going to the rest room. I was taking Zoloft at the time and blame it on that. I no longer take Zoloft.
However, I discovered today that I have floaty white things in my urine again today, and a half a pea size sunk to the bottom of the toilet. Do I have another UTI?? Should I see a doc?
