Hi, I Was Treating A Couple Of Warts On The

Hi, I was treating a couple of warts on the shaft of my penis with condyline. I tried to be as careful as possible but the head of my penis retracted into my foreskin against the treated skin and now has a red mark on it. It's uncomfortable and is hurting and looks like a red welt. Is there anything I can do about this? Will the condyline cause any permanent damage to the nerves in my glans?
