Hi, I Was Unaware That A Pulse Of 108-120 Was

Hi, I was unaware that a pulse of 108-120 was high due to the blood pressure machines in CVS, rite aid etc. not stating what a normal pulse is. I've had mine range from 96-120 for about three months or so. My blood pressure is also high ranging from 135-165, 90-116. Can you let me know if I need to be concerned and what might be the cause?
