Hi.. I Was Undergoing An ECG As Advised By My

Hi..
I was undergoing an ECG as advised by my GP after my complaint of frequent ectopic beats. I was quite nervous while being tested, I am generally anxious and my symptoms get worse when I'm at the hospital or the doctor clinic. Long story short, I was diagnosed with Sinus Tachycardia (not the first time) along with IRBBB. I never had left chest pain, I feel short on breath from time to time (being treated for functional dyspnea previously) and feel tired. My resting heart rate is between 56-62 lately. I was referred to cardiology for further investigation.
What would it be?

Thank you,
