Hi I Was Wondering I Am 24 Y/o Female And

Hi I was wondering I am 24 y/o female and my breast are very sore and feel very full for about 2+ weeks. I have the Mariana IUD so I don't believe there is anyway I could be pregnant . Took test 2 days ago and was negative. What should I do made apt with Dr but can't get in till the end of April.
