Hi, I Was Wondering A Few Days Ago I Had

Hi, I was wondering a few days ago I had light pink blood when I wipe using the restroom off and on for maybe 2 to 3 days along with menstrual like cramps and the cramps have not gone away but every once awhile I had really bad sharp knife like pains that last maybe 30 seconds off and on. The cramps been going on for 5 days, sometimes I feel it all through my private area. I also have headaches and cramps and nausea, feel like I may throw up also the thought or food and the smell of certain foods makes me sick.
What could be wrong with me?.
